Officials were warned about abuse of boy
Over the four months leading up to last week's fatal beating of 10-year-old Seth Ireland, many people tried to warn Fresno County officials that the boy was in danger, interviews and records reveal.
Note: He was too old for the adoption market so they didn't care.
