Hearing delayed for Grove foster dad charged with rape
A court hearing in Delaware County for a Grove man accused of impregnating a foster child placed in his care has been delayed.
Timothy Joe Mountford is charged with felony second-degree rape and child sexual abuse of a 14-year-old placed in his home by the Department of Human Services.
