Siblings might be separated if not adopted soon
Thursday afternoon's play date at Heritage Duck Pond Park was one 7-year-old Roberta and 11-year-old Ja looked forward to for days. The weather was perfect. The fat ducks were picturesque. The children were excited, but for reasons much deeper than the scenery and the chance to play.
