Overworked Investigators May Have Resulted In More Abuse
Seminole County law enforcement officers admit the caseloads of their child abuse investigators far exceed the national average and some people wonder if that's why an accused molester wasn't arrested even though he'd long had case workers' attention.
Earlier this week, police arrested 38-year-old Jonathan Houston on charges of sexual battery. His suspected victim was under twelve-years-old. His own confession is chilling.
