MY TURN: Foster Children's Adoptive Parents Are Heroes Among Us

Terminating the rights of a biological parent is one of the most agonizing decisions that any judge is called upon to make. As a Kitsap County Superior Court judge, it is from time to time my duty to render such heart-rending decisions.
