Lawsuit Accuses Deputy Of False Imprisonment
A lawsuit is accusing, Mahaska County, the Mahaska County Deputy sheriff and his wife of false imprisonment, abuse of power, violation of civil rights and harboring a runaway child.
Note: Seems like this cop was trying to play Child Protective Worker.
