Iowa works to overcome racial bias in foster care

State officials have launched a campaign designed to reduce the disproportionate number of minority children in Iowa's foster care system, Iowa Department of Human Services Director Gene Gessow said Thursday.

The campaign, called "Help Make No Difference," encourages people to be aware of cultural differences and help end racial bias in the state's child welfare system.

Note: So what? They're going to start taking more white children to achieve some sort of balance?
