Foster mom says she warned DHS before boy's death
The foster parent of a 3-year-old boy who was fatally beaten said she tried to persuade a judge and the Department of Human Services not to return the child to his mother.
Note: Foster parents shouldn't have any say, regardless of this one being right. One bad apple spoils the whole bunch.
