CPS reviewing decision to close case of starving girl

The case of a Carnation girl who was locked in her bedroom and nearly starved to death haunts state child protection workers. Now we learn the decision to close the case three years ago is being reviewed by Child Protective Services. KING 5's Linda Brill reports.
