City foster mother tells court 3-year-old fell & hit head
A foster mother accused of killing a three-year-old boy in her care has told a jury the child fell from her arms and hit his head on a toilet.
Testifying in her own defence at her second-degree murder trial, the 34-year-old woman said she had awoken to the boy's screaming.
