Call for inquiry into how many foster children on mind medication
State Labor MP Martin Whitely has called on the Liberal National Government to undertake an inquiry into the number of children in foster care in WA, who are on mind altering medication.
It follows a similar inquiry in New South Wales which found one in four children who are placed in foster homes are administered psychotropic medication.
