400 prisoners eligible for child abuse compensation
The Queensland Government says about 400 prisoners who were victims of institutional child abuse are eligible for compensation payouts.
Communities Minister Lindy Nelson-Carr says overall there have been more than 10,000 applications for payments from the redress scheme set up after the Forde Inquiry.
