Neb. plans to privatize foster care, report says

The state of Nebraska is getting out of the day-to-day business of providing foster and group homes for thousands of Nebraska children.

Instead, Nebraska's Department of Health and Human Services will contract with a few large agencies for the more than 4,300 children who are wards of the state and don't live with their parents or other custodial relative.

Note: So the system sucks are going to make a killing.
