Stock-theft girl out of jail at last
A 16-year-old girl who was arrested on stock-theft charges in December has been released into the care of an aunt.
The girl spent more than six months in the Ohangwena Police holding cells, between December 28 and July 7, as the authorities tried to find someone willing to take responsibility for her.
