Hawaii's Keiki in Foster Care Declining

Good news about Hawaii's families. The number of children in state care is at a 15 year low. About 1,700 keiki are currently in foster care. There were 3,000 in 2003.

Note: So one kid will get killed and they'll double that number in a year.
