Girl Reports Abduction, Rape
A teenage girl was kidnapped and raped after walking away from a Department of Children and Families treatment facility in East Windsor, police said.
Police said the girl left the Connecticut Children's Center at about 7 p.m. on July 24 and began walking to the Showcase Cinema, which is about a half-mile away.
