Foster parents care for kids many don't want: kids on feeding tubes, kids with mental, and behavioral disabilities but some foster-parents say a lot of their financial help could be going away.

But, Health and Welfare had what it calls a billing inaccuracy go on for years and now some parents say they'll lose close to $1,200 a month, totaling more than $15,000 a year.
