Accused woman claims children's mother committed fraud and father raped her teen

A Houston woman accused of kidnapping five siblings she cared for following Hurricane Katrina returned home Friday after being released from jail on bail, but the mudslinging surrounding the case worsened with her attorneys accusing the children's mother of welfare fraud and one of the fathers of rape.
