Note: I'm not even going to post a paragraph from this fruit-cake foster contractor. (She hates me anyway, as stated in an earlier post http://fost-adopt.adoptionblogs.com/weblogs/anti-foster-care-and-adoption-blogger Remember you'll have to bypass the error message as these people don't want to admit the truth because they'd loose money so they try to block me.)
To them truth is spam and your children are worth money, and they give the foster children little pills to make them happy anyway (meaning keep them quiet). Kelly here tries to justify this practice.
