Man charged with murder of foster child pleads not guilty
The mother of a teen killed while in foster care wishes the judge would have set a much higher bond for the suspect.
The judge basically doubled the bond for Hamblen County Foster Father Kenneth Taylor, raising it to $50,000.
It wasn't enough to keep him in jail.
