Foster Parents Accused Of Child Abuse
A husband with a long history of working in law enforcement and his wife are accused of abusing the children they were supposed to be helping.
Neighbors said Windie and Ernest Perry have fostered several young children over the years, but are facing a long list of charges, including eight counts of child abuse and neglect.
