DHS calls for water safety after foster child drowns

The drowning of a 2-year-old girl in a Chickasha foster home this past weekend prompted an appeal by an Oklahoma Department of Human Services spokesman for parents to watch children diligently near water.

Note: Now just having a swimming pool will be considered a risk factor worthy of a child removal.
