Children's Group to Seek Contempt Order Against D.C.

Children's Rights Inc., the group behind a nearly 20-year-old class action lawsuit that forced the District's child welfare system to once go into receivership, will ask a federal judge to hold the city in contempt for continuing to fail children, the executive director said today.
