AZ report gives mixed grades to CPS on complaints
Arizona Child Protective Services is getting a mixed review on how it handles complaints about the program to protect children from abuse and neglect.
Note: I'd give them an F. The complaint process sucks and does little good.
What ever be their performance,they are trying hard for noble cause.
