Teen in foster care remains missing after three months
A Beacon Falls woman says the state Department of Children and Families has lost her 16-year-old granddaughter.
Shirley Vicchitto of Beacon Falls said she is concerned for her granddaughter Alexandria, who ran away on March 7. She said she believes DCF, which is Alexandria's legal guardian, has allowed the case to slip through the cracks.
