Sex Abuse at Group Homes
Just announced: Investigators will now inspect each and every group home in the state. Every home that takes in foster children. This statement today from the top: "DSS will not continue with business as usual, but will commence with a complete top down investigation of all child residential facilities," says DSS Secretary Ann Williamson.
