Santa Maria woman accused of killing foster child enters plea
The woman accused of killing her 3-year-old foster child enters a plea in court Friday.
Sylvia Dominguez faces charges of murder and cruelty to a child. Police said she is responsible for the death of her foster child and nephew, Gilbert Dominguez. Investigators said Gilbert had obvious injuries all over his body.
