Remember the past when it comes to child and family services

Remember the past when it comes to child and family services

Back in the 1960s, a young Indian woman had a child she named Marilyn, but Child and Family Service (CFS) authorities had deemed this morther as "unfit".

And they took her baby away.

CFS gave this baby a name, let's say Mary, and placed her in a foster home. These foster parents fed Mary three times a day, while she was tied up in the basement. The CFS did not check on this foster home until Mary got impetigo and was taken to hospital.
