Not guilty plea given in boy's death
A Santa Maria woman accused of killing her 3-year-old foster son pleaded not guilty Friday to murder and felony assault resulting in the death of a child under 8 years old.
Sylvia Marie Dominguez, 27, was arraigned Friday morning in Santa Barbara County Superior Court in Santa Maria.
