Detroit foster parent nabbed in Internet sex sting
A 22-year-old Detroit man, a foster parent of two boys who arranged to meet and have sex with who he believed to be a 14-year-old boy, was charged in 31st District Court today with illegally using the Internet for child sexually abusive activity.
