A dozen government employees were charged Wednesday with official misconduct after a State Police investigation found they filled up their personal vehicles from government-run gasoline pumps.

Six are current or former employees of the state Department of Children and Families, while four work for the Camden City Board of Education and two are Camden City employees, Attorney General Anne Milgram said at a news conference in Trenton. A cousin of one of the employees also was charged.
