The largest child custody case in U.S. History is underway today in Texas.
Hundreds of hearings are scheduled over the next few weeks to determine if or when children taken during a raid on a polygamist compound can be returned to their parents.
Texas sect parents complain of vague custody plans
Children from a polygamist sect were the only subjects on the docket Monday at a west Texas courthouse where five judges began handling hundreds of hearings that attorneys for the children's parents decried for their cookie-cutter approach.
