Proof positive the family court system is broken
When we have a situation that allows for this couple to attend court countless times and have 25 court orders made by eight different judges, I say it's time to revamp this system that almost everyone agrees is broken.
I know the Texas CPS is broken. My grandchild at the time, was removed from my home due to her mother telling CPS that her daughter was in danger. Remind you, she is the Mother who brought the daughter to our home in the middle of the night to drop her off and tells us that she cannot not handle it, so she is our responsibility. No evidence of any physical of mental abuse; but in the middle of the night, CPS does exactly what the Mother did but opposite - CPS removes the child from our home in the middle of the night (between 11:00 PM and 12:00 am). Let me give you a brief history, my husband is a registered sex offender; because of the system that betrayed him; telling him if he plea guilty to an alleged offense of sexual assault, it would be erased from his record...never to return again... Lies Lies...My 19 year old daughter charged my husband with the alleged offense over 16 years ago...and CPS did not have a problem with that then....the worker said that she had spoken to her supervisor and because it had been such a long time ago; and my husband had no incidents, that would not be a problem. They placed the child in our custody to take her away for us only 4 days later. The CPS system is broken. After the court found out that the child is not our biological grandchild, we have not been able to see her at all. It's like we don't exist any more...What do they think... we don't have feelings...but most of all, the child does not have any feelings...Some one needs to investigate Texas CPS system - it is in serious low down bad shape. This kidnapper etc. has all the bases covered in or out of the court system.Even makes court custody paperwork,alters a birth certificate and much more.Corrupt judges,attorney,private investigator. Convicted an inncent man of child molestation.Since 1993 no one has helped us stop this monster or the corruption.
