People don't trust DoCS, inquiry told
Welfare groups say the NSW Department of Community Services (DoCS) should not run early intervention programs for children due to its poor image.
An inquiry into child protection services has been told DoCS wasn't trusted by the people who need its services, who fear it will take their children away.
