Expert: Illinois' child protection system can be 'cruel'
Illinois' child protection system "can be arbitrary, capricious and cruel," even though it has made "significant progress," the executive director of the National Coalition for Child Protection Reform said Monday.
I have a question?I'm a mother of 4 and my husband is really abusive and has threatin my kids and my if i divorse him or leave he has also threating to put kidnap charges on me if leave illinois . i would like to move out of state but i dont want kidnap charges put on me is there any way to go about this with out going thur custody battle or divorse.
