Cellar bones found at Jersey home

Bone fragments and five teeth have been found in an underground cellar under a former Jersey children's home at the centre of a child abuse investigation.

    I think this is sad but it doesn`t really surprise me.
    In Quebec, Canada, thousands of healthy children were fraudulently labeled "mentally ill" in the 1950`s and 60`s, and sent into psychiatric hospitals and used as guinea pigs in horrible psychiatric experiments.
    Investigators later found mass graves
    right behind these same institutions.
    This is know as the "Duplessis Orphans" scandal, it all has been proven in a civil class action against the Quebec government in the 1990`s.
    It is very sad to hear that similar things happened elsewhere, but again as we know people can be very cruel sometimes.
