We adopted D from San Antonio. Their CPS group is a serious joke. You wouldn't believe the things they allowed to happen to her even after she was in their custody. I just wish that instead of everyone just griping all the time, someone would come with a better way to protect kids from the abuse that IS out there on all fronts.
