Killer's jail death focus of inquest
Joe Manchisi has spent nearly five years wondering how a convicted pedophile was able to kill his son and two others, how he managed to have access to wards of the Children's Aid Society and how he was allowed to live in a Mississauga townhouse complex filled with youths.
