Father still plans CPS suit
The father of a toddler who stepped on a ball at a local pharmacy, twisted his ankle and broke his leg, said he intends to move forward with a lawsuit against Children's Protective Services (CPS), as well as a local hospital and pharmacy.
This is another outrageous example of cps workers playing God. I hope he sues the hell out of them and wins big time. The pendulum needs to swing way back in the direction of common sense. However, the pendulum has a long way to go. I am not even sure that it has started to swing back. Websites like yours surely will help get things rolling. God bless you for your work.
