E-mail indicates Napolitano aide asked for 'no' vote on CPS bill
PHOENIX (AP) - A lobbyist for Gov. Janet Napolitano urged a legislator to vote against a Child Protective Services disclosure bill, but a spokeswoman says the governor supports the bill and only wants to change part of it.
