Report: DCF's Background Checks, Hiring Practices Inconsistent
Computer security issues are widespread and background screening and hiring practices have been inconsistent at the Department of Children & Families, according to a recently released 11-page report by DCF's inspector general.
I'm not surprised, since I have been following this. It is terrible how many children's lives are distroyed. Not to mention Background Checks are supposed to be the top priority when dealing with Children.
