If you are looking to buy a home, and have children, don't get a fixer-upper. Your dream can turn to a nightmare at the drop of a dime.

I recieved an email with a blog link. "I just wanted to share my family's story with you. So here is my, myspace blog about our nightmare."

The state is supposed to help people with situations like this.
