Sexual assault case dismissed against foster parent
Matthew P. Hamilton, 33, 100 Brix St., was charged with first-degree sexual assault of a child and repeated sexual assault of a child. Investigators say he sexually assaulted two children, a 4-year-old boy and an 8-year-old girl, who were in his care between March and September 2005.
