Secrecy on Ohio foster parents is likely to expand
Public access to information on foster parents would be restricted under a bill headed to Gov. Ted Strickland.
The Ohio Senate yesterday unanimously approved the measure that, with few exceptions, would prevent newspapers and others from gathering anything but the most generic information on those licensed by the state to raise others' children.

Note: In other words they want to make it easier to cover their tracks.
I am not a parent of a child in foster care - I visit a child who is in custody of children services and being abused at the foster home. I have filed a formal complaint, talked to a supervisor, talked to the director, police, and the prosecuter. I called the ohio office and filed another complaint - now I am no longer allowed to talk to anyone regarding this child and he is being abused what do you do?
