Seabeck Woman Pleads Guilty to Manslaughter in Foster Son's Death
A Seabeck woman who has been held on homicide by abuse charges since August 2006 has pleaded guilty to second-degree manslaughter in the death of her foster son, according to attorneys familiar with the case.
