DCF supervisor received warning
Records released Wednesday show that Lance Morgan, a Florida Department of Children and Families supervisor who oversaw abuse investigations of Zahid Jones Jr. and Joshua Jenkins and still works for DCF in the Orlando region, received counseling Dec. 18 for poor performance and negligence.
