Children’s Services graduates 448 new child protective case workers
New York -- Administration for Children’s Services Commissioner John Mattingly “Friday presided over the graduation of 448 new Child Protective Specialists at a special ceremony at Hunter College’s Brookdale Campus, bringing the total number of ACS frontline caseworkers and other child welfare investigators to nearly 1,300.
New York is about to become a very dangerous place for parents.
