Boy to remain in foster care despite grandparents' request
A 5-year-old boy whose father is unable to care for him will remain in foster care despite efforts by his elderly grandparents to have him placed in their home.
Morris and Mildred Brasovankin had said child welfare officials were denying them the opportunity to care for their grandson, Steven Brasovankin, because they considered the couple too old. Morris is 89 and Mildred is 86.
