Protecting their own...

Grand Jury Hears Case Again, Clears Former CPS Worker

A Lubbock Grand Jury hears a case again and this time, the decision is different. Tuesday afternoon, the grand jury declined to indict former Children's Protective Services worker, William Stewart for sexual assault. Just two weeks ago, the grand jury indicted the 36-year-old for sexual assault. He was accused of drugging and raping a thirty-year-old woman. Investigators found the drug ketamine in her system.

CPS gets away with anything.
