Talking With Kids About Sexual Abuse Scandals

As sexual abuse scandals at Penn State and Syracuse continue to dominate the headlines, parents may be growing anxious about how to discuss these issues with their children as well as how to ensure their safety in the company of other adults. This is rather a strange story:

If you BELIEVE the media, as a direct result of the Penn State affair, the number of children in PA who were sexually abused DOUBLED.

It appears that what the Penn State issue has done, is to open the floodgates for parents to take all their children to bed. This is now obviously an epidemic of Biblical proportions and the Governor should call out the National Guard.

Naturally, he ain't going to do it, because he knows all these reports as as phoney as a $3.00 bill, and the ONLY folks who take them seriously are the folks who will be collecting a fatter paycheck for "Protecting" all these poor kids.
